yesterday after long hours of work, take a break I always do it after leaving where I feel I meditate I think I assimilate everything,Then I take a delicious bath after getting out of the shower, I love rubbing cremities all over my body for care, then I go and take the puppy out for a long walk since I am working all day and I can’t get it out if not that until it finish.After I went to sleep until today
