Insights into how I keep my body in good shape…

What I like the most is sunshine and nice touches on my skin. I like practicing yoga because it feels so good to stretch my muscles and it gives me a chance to practice my breathing and to feel present in the moment. I have practiced many styles of yoga like, Kundalini yoga, hot yoga also known as Bikram yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Restorative yoga, iRest/Yoga Nidra, Tantra yoga, Aerial and Buti yoga. I have also had many different forms of energy work done on myself. They include Rolfing, Qigong, Reiki, Lomilomi massage, Access Bars, Jin shin do, Tapping (EFT…Emotional Freedom Technique) and The Emotion Code and Body Code all of which helped release trapped emotions from trauma stemming from my life experiences, and from when I was growing up and from ancestral trauma that comes through at the moment of conception. In August of 2019 I was fortunate enough to attend a Vipassana 10 day silent meditation. As we each take refuge in our own enlightenment we will inspire others to do the same and then the world will be at peace. I also attended a Continuum workshop that Emily Conrad created in February of 2020. I am vibrating at a much higher frequency now from all the inner work I have practiced in my life. Yea!
